haircostnyc.com is run by Hair Cost NYC. Most people land here with one question: what will a hair transplant in New York actually cost me? We answer that with real price ranges. If you want an exact number for your own case, we'll pass your request to a few NYC clinics so they can quote you directly.

Information you give us. When you use our quote tool, you tell us:
We only get this information if you fill in the form and press submit. Just reading the site doesn't send us any of it.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, we also record the page you were on, the date and time, and any campaign details in the link you arrived from (for example, if you clicked an ad). This helps us understand which pages and campaigns actually help people.
We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are located, what device and browser they use, and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We look at this information in aggregate. We don't use it to identify you personally.

When you submit the quote form, we share your details with one or more partner hair transplant clinics in New York City. They receive your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you gave in the tool, so they can contact you with a quote.
These clinics are independent businesses. Once they receive your information, their own privacy policies apply to how they use it. We only share your details with clinics that are relevant to your request, and we ask them to use your information only to respond to it.
You're never obligated to book a consultation or a procedure with any clinic.
By submitting the quote form, you agree that we and our partner clinics may contact you at the phone number you provide, including by call or text message, about your quote request. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can also ask us or any clinic to stop calling you, and we'll pass your request along.

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up on it, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see below). Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Analytics account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. For example, California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make any request, email contact@haircostnyc.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.
Please keep in mind that if your details were already sent to a clinic, we'll forward your request to them, but you may also need to contact the clinic directly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting who can access quote requests. No system is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
