We're a small team, so there's no call center, just people who read and answer every message. We usually reply within one business day.

What to write to us about

• Clinics. If you run a hair transplant practice in New York City and want to receive quote requests from patients, get in touch and tell us a little about your clinic.
• Questions about costs. If our guides didn't answer what you wanted to know, ask us. There's a good chance someone else is wondering the same thing, and your question might end up improving the site.
• Prices that look wrong. Clinics change their prices, and we'd rather hear about it from you than leave an old number up. If you've had a recent quote that doesn't match our ranges, tell us. You don't need to share the clinic's name if you'd rather not.
• Your quote request. Submitted the quote form and haven't heard back from any clinic, or want to cancel your request? Email us with the name and email address you used, and we'll sort it out.
• Your personal information. Want to know what we have on file about you, or want it deleted? Just ask. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.

A few things we can't help with

We're not doctors, so we can't tell you how many grafts you need, whether you're a good candidate, or which technique is right for you. That needs an in-person exam with a qualified surgeon.

We also can't book appointments for you or answer questions about a specific clinic's procedures. For those, it's best to contact the clinic directly.
